Ron Vassallo, Kaptivate’s Chief Executive Officer, is an entrepreneur and leading expert on stakeholder engagement strategies, change management, and community cultivation. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development and technology strategy, Ron brings uncommon insight into our client engagements. His experience and creativity helps Kaptivate differentiate its value proposition and strategy. Prior to launching Kaptivate, Ron served as Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President for Global Business Development at Truist where he developed a global supply chain for philanthropic transactions. His work at Truist was a natural segue from his launch and management of Tisani Consulting LLC. As the Founder and Senior Partner for Strategy, he led myriad strategy and business process engagements for major brands such as the World Bank (Global Development Gateway), Telefonica España, Aetna, Beretta, USAA, Zurich, and British Telecom. His work with these venerable institutions supported their efforts to transform their organizations into dynamic organizations, responsive to marketplace change, and employee and customer needs. Ron also serves on the board of directors for two non-profits: Generation Hope and Gadsby's Tavern Museum Society. When not working, Ron plays masters soccer, competes in masters 200m races, and enjoys reading history.
