Rodrick Williams

Rodrick has an array of experience in operations, logistical coordination, marketing, and customer service. Working in various non-profit fundraising organizations has developed his skills in communications, customer relations, and data collection and analysis. In his current role at Kaptivate he oversees our direct response campaign, for which he collects, curates, and processes data to ensure that our communications outreach reaches the correct demographic.

He leverages his knowledge in maintaining and supporting critical applications like Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Netforum, and Clarizen to ensure client campaign success.
