Ron Vassallo, Kaptivate’s Chief Executive Officer is a leading expert on workforce development technologies and constituent engagement strategies. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development and technology strategy, Ron brings uncommon insight into every project. His experience and creativity reinforce Kaptivate’s position as a driver of innovative ventures.
Prior to launching Kaptivate, Ron served as Executive Vice President for Global Business Development at Truist where he developed a global supply chain for philanthropic transactions. His work at Truist was a natural segue from his launch and management of Tisani Consulting LLC. As the Senior Partner for Strategy, he led myriad strategy and business process engagements for multinational organizations such as the World Bank (Global Development Gateway), United Way International, Telefonica España and British Telecom. His work with these venerable institutions supported their efforts to transform their organizations into dynamic organizations, responsive to employee and customer needs. Before his tenure in management consulting, Ron served as a global marketing executive at Startec Global Communications Corporation and Max Worldwide.

Otto Orantes / Vice President, Business Development
Otto Orantes, a senior consultant, draws on over 20 years of business development experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Otto provides seasoned counsel on sales strategy and customer relationship management. He also has a strong track record in supporting organizations improve their performance against mission objectives and in so doing, transform the communities where they do business.
Mr. Orantes also worked at Truist (formerly CreateHope) where he focused his efforts on working with his clients to understand that community investment is a necessary part of a successful and sustainable business plan. To that end, organizations such as the IMF, The Washington Post, Visa, Genentech, and ADP relied on Otto's counsel in developing and establishing their online workplace engagement programs.
His career also highlights a talent for identifying launching, and developing numerous strategic partnerships. Working with partners to establish new markets; expand the impact of their brand; target new constituents; and/or increase revenues, Otto brings a diversity of experience and resources to the task.
