Jennifer Stein
Senior Director, Program Management
Jenn brings over 20 years’ experience in program development, implementation, operations, and evaluation. She combines strategic thinking with creative problem solving to develop innovative and impactful programs aligned to her client’s organizational mission and goals. She has led initiatives that increased engagement in fundraising and volunteering programs from 8% to 37%. She has experience bringing together teams from across the country to develop innovative solutions to a common challenge.
Core to her success is her personal commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. She’s a creative problem solver and a gifted facilitator enabling her to help our clients navigate both emerging threats and blue ocean opportunities. She has a proven ability to simultaneously direct multiple complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Her most recent activity includes designing and developing the program management framework for Kaptivate, refining our RACER methodology, and leading the customer support operations for open innovation programs throughout the federal government.
When Jenn isn't spearheading client work, providing excellent customer service, and translating tech to non-tech clients, she enjoys dancing around the house with her 3-year old daughter and spending time with her family outside.
