Iliriana Kacaniku

Iliriana is an accomplished manager of open innovation programs with a 15+ year track record scaling impact of mission-driven organizations to drive positive systemic change through innovative solutions. She has developed and implemented multimillion-dollar capacity building programs for government officials, nonprofit representatives, media, and business organizations in support of governance, policy-making, advocacy, and improved citizen services. An expert in open innovation challenges, Ilirana supported over 500 innovators from around the world to apply design thinking methods and refine proposed solutions to improve early childhood development in the United States.

A curious and data-driven manager, Iliriana has pioneered back-end data analysis across several open innovation challenges and generated important insights for clients, open innovation teams, and participants. Iliriana is motivated by the knowledge that her work has a long term impact, drives positive change, builds human capital for positive impact, and contributes to the growth of her clients.
