Fil Baloca

Fil Baloca has 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit, government and corporate sectors in marketing and advertising, copy writing and editing, team supervision and management, project management, database management, work process analyzing and streamlining, event production, customer, donor and vendor relations, collateral production, and website development and management.

Fil has worked on the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) since 2009 on the charity side and moved to PCFO CFC management in 2014. During his time with the PCFO he was recognized by government agencies for his leadership during complicated and difficult program adjustments. He has worked on the CFC as an OC since program transitions in 2017 and has managed two OC zones since 2018. In 2020, under his leadership and direction, a zone received the National Marketing Innovation Award from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for a new event series.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences, University of Washington, double minor in Nonprofit Management and Human Rights.
