Cyndi Ankiewicz

Making an impact for her community is at the core of Cyndi’s career. Her 30 years of non-profit experience includes strategic planning, community engagement, fundraising, leadership development, and change management for organizations large and small and across the country. Cyndi has been a part of local and national advocacy initiatives instrumental in an increase in funding for at-risk health concerns, including establishing a presence in New Mexico for a national voluntary health agency.

Cyndi brings this passion and expertise to Kaptivate where she supports clients with organizational management, outreach, communications, and project implementation activities. As part of this work, she co-led the development and instructional design of multi-level online training modules using gamification techniques for charities and non-profits to improve project management, digital marketing, and volunteer management.
